Policies and Disclaimers for R&S Graphics

Sizing

All decal sizes are based on the longest dimension.

  • If the design is a perfect square or circle, a 6" decal will measure approximately 6" x 6".

  • If the design is more rectangular, a 6" decal will measure 6" on its longest side, with the other side scaled proportionally.

  • This principle applies to all sizes. For example, a 46" decal will be 46" on its longest side, with the other side scaled proportionally.

If you need exact height and width measurements for a particular design, please contact us before placing your order.


Customer Content, Copyright, and Usage Rights

By placing an order, you certify that you have all necessary rights to use, reproduce, publish, and transmit any data, text, logos, or image material you provide to R&S Graphics / RSGFX.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submitted content:

  • Does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and publicity rights

  • Complies with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree not to hold RSGFX responsible for any claims made by third parties regarding infringement of their rights arising from your use of the submitted content.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSGFX, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to any alleged or actual infringement of third party rights connected with the content you provide.


Production and Processing Time

Most of our products are custom made to order.

  • Standard processing and production time is approximately 4–5 business days.

  • For decals and stickers, printing, curing, lamination (if applicable), and cutting are included in this timeframe.

  • Production and processing time is in addition to shipping transit time.

If you are working with a specific deadline, you must let us know your “in hand” date before you place your order and pay your invoice so we can confirm whether your timeline is achievable.


Rush Orders and Guaranteed Deadlines

If you are in a rush or need an order guaranteed by a specific date:

  • Contact us before placing your order and paying your invoice.

  • We will review your requested “in hand” date and confirm what production and shipping options are available.

  • Any guaranteed delivery typically requires UPS services such as UPS Express or Overnight.

  • Additional shipping charges will apply for rush or guaranteed services and will be billed separately.

Expedited orders placed on Fridays will not begin production until the following Monday.

R&S Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If UPS or USPS misroutes or delays a shipment, we cannot refund rush or expedited shipping charges.


Shipping and Transit Times

Our standard and expedited shipping options refer only to the carrier’s estimated transit time and do not include our processing and production time.

  • Once your order ships, Shopify will send an automatic shipment confirmation to the email address you used at checkout. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it.

  • The day we print your shipping label may not be the day the package leaves our facility. If our mail pickup has already occurred, the package will leave on the next business day.

  • Orders labeled on Friday after mail pickup will ship the following Monday.

Our handling time covers only the time it takes us to produce, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. Transit times begin once the carrier scans your package into their system.

We understand that you may have tight timelines for your own customers. However, R&S Graphics is not responsible for carrier transit times and we do not issue refunds for orders that arrive later than you expected due to carrier delays.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete, current, and accurate at the time of checkout.

  • If you pay via PayPal, verify that your PayPal shipping address is up to date.

  • We ship only to the address provided at checkout. Our system prints labels directly from that information.

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may request that the order be resent. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment to the correct address.


Holiday and Peak Season Delays

During peak seasons such as the holidays, USPS and other carriers experience higher volume, which can cause delays beyond normal transit estimates. In addition, broader circumstances such as pandemics, weather events, or operational disruptions may impact delivery times.

We always ship orders in a timely manner and follow carrier guidelines for recommended “ship by” dates. However:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates when using standard or Priority Mail services, even if the label states 2–3 day service.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been accepted and scanned.
